Chaplains of Hope Training

Chaplains of Hope is a ministry dedicated to serving your community alongside local pastors. We believe in fostering harmony and collaboration among churches and community organizations to address spiritual needs and offer a message of hope.
Chaplains of Hope offers a comprehensive training program to equip you for this important ministry. The program consists of three levels of courses, providing a strong foundation on crisis intervention and spiritual guidance.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive your official Chaplain of Hope credential. This credential signifies your commitment to serving others and equips you to:
- Work collaboratively with local pastors and churches.
- Offer spiritual support and guidance to individuals and families in need.
- Represent the message of hope and compassion in your community.

Learn the Biblical and historic basis for Chaplaincy

Distinguish between evangelism and outreach

Recognize who COH are called to reach and how

Identify the Five Pillars of a community

Internalize the “5 L’s” of every Chaplain of Hope

Develop an initial action plan for service as a Chaplain of Hope
